Group Fitness Classes

All on site classes are  held at Anytime Fitness in Marshall, MI.

Schedule is as follows:

Tuesday’s:  BeachFIT Boot Camp @ 5:30-6:15 PM

Wednesday’s: Cardio Blitz @ 6:30-7:15 PM

Thursday’s: Fab Abs @ 6:00-6:30 PM

*All classes are free to Anytime Fitness members and $5 for non-members. Open to ALL fitness levels and are always go at your own pace.


Class Descriptions: 

BeachFIT Boot Camp- Open to all fitness levels. Popular among men and women, this interval class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. My boot camps are designed to be different all the time, changing the program every week. I want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently every class! Instead of being a drill sergeant my goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. You will have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!


Cardio Blitz- This class is structured to have 10 exercises with each exercise going for one minute intervals with a 15 second break between. Complete 3 rounds with a cool down at the end. Each week the exercises are changed but will incorporate body weight, calisthenics, steps, dumbbells, etc. All fitness levels welcome.


Fab Abs- In this 30 minute class the focus is on abdominal work. The structure and exercises are changed each week. All fitness levels welcome.zumba3
